Support Options

SCR, Inc. offers a variety of support options:

Email:  Free for all customers and answered on a first come basis.

Phone Support:  Charged on a per call basis unless you have a phone support contract.

Complete Support:  If you wish to have us supply your organization with complete hardware and software support, you may purchase many optional levels of our support contract allowing you to have coverage up to 24 hours/7 days per week.
