November, 2002 - We are pleased to announce that the ArgisPOS Enterprise System will now have a Sybase SQL backend database.  Sybase is the leader in SQL data technology.  More than half of all stock trades on Wall Street are executed on a Sybase database platform.  With the new backend database format, customers will now be in full control of all of their critical point-of-sale data.  All sales and inventory control data can now be housed in one central home-office database.  Off-the-shelf SQL products can now be purchased to allow ArgisPOS customers to create an unlimited number of customized reports and views.  Our customers will now have unlimited access to data viewing and exporting.
